by the glass. Bondi will be offering
a wonderful selection of 3 reds and 3 whites of Aussie wines chosen just for

For our August event we are bringing back one of our favorite
wineries, Sunstone Winery,
for a bit of Summer Fun. And what
spells summer better than a party on a rooftop?
For our
Summer Fun event our host is the spectacular space at
Altitude Sky Bar.
Set 22 stories up on
the roof of the Marriott hotel in the Gaslamp district, Altitude Sky Bar
personifies cool, hip, summer fun.
The Summer Fun event is going to be an event that you will not
want to miss. Not only are
you going to have the spectacular wines of Sunstone, Sunstone is launching their
new wine
concept, Sunterra Wines, to San Diego at this event. Sunterra is a new concept
in wine
targeted to the new young, hip wine drinkers.
The goal of this concept is to bring succulent,
drinkable wine in a great package at a great price.
Sunstone is launching this label at this
event; you will be the first people in San Diego to try these new wines.
Along with Sunterra Wines,
Sunstone will also be bringing down some of their namesake Sunstone wines along
with their
Reserve Wines such as Eros.
Altitude will be hosting the event with some spectacular
appetizers from their eclectic and
innovative restaurant Soleil@k. We
will be sampling some of their specialties including
Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, Curry Chicken Satay, Veggie Spring Rolls, and
Carmelized Onion
and Cheese Pizzettas. Be sure to

Come learn about the Temecula Wine Country as we
go from winery to winery to indulge your senses at
Wilson Creek,
Falkner, and
Bella Vista wineries. We'll
enjoy coach transportation departing at 9:15 AM to start
our amazing day of wine and fun!
Once we arrive in Temecula we'll start our day off at
Wilson Creek Winery with a tasting and one of the family
members who own this winery will educate us into the
history of the winery and their current vintages of
wine. As we enjoy the beautiful grounds we'll enjoy a
fantastic choice from their wines and of course the
ever-popular almond champagne! Wines and souvenirs will
be available to purchase so of course we can bring back
some of our favorites!
We'll wrap up our experience at
Wilson
Creek and head over to the
beautiful grounds at Falkner Winery who have just
completed an impressive expansion of their facilities.
Here we'll be
fortunate enough to have another industry insider go
over this fantastic wineries current vintages and we'll
also have a chance to enjoy our lunch on their beautiful
grounds. We'll also have the opportunity to purchase
wines here as well!
From Falkner we'll head over to our
last stop of the day at the winery Bella Vista. At Bella
Vista we'll enjoy a brief tour of the winery to get some
insight as to how the winery works, their current wines
and what wines they are looking to produce in the future
and also have a tasting of their current releases in
their European style tasting room!
We'll wrap up this amazing trip by arriving back in San Diego for 4 PM so not only will you be
able to enjoy this spectacular trip with us, you'll be
back in plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your weekend
plans! So grab a group of your favorite people and join
us for what will be a trip to remember!

opened up for business in late November. It's
their mission to provide its guests with the absolute
best service and highest quality product in the most
relaxing, refined, and stress free atmosphere in Old
Town San Diego.
They offer a wide variety of wines at fantastic prices,
both by the glass (starting around $5) and by the bottle
to take home as well.
For those who want a little something to snack on while
you taste, Wine Cabana offers a limited selection of

For our first tasting event
we have arranged a spectacular lineup of Santa
Barbara wineries that are coming down to pour only for
San Diego Uncorked.
You will be able to sample some of the fine wines being
produced great
wineries such as
Alma Rosa Winery and Vineyards,
Bridlewood Estate winery,
Buttonwood Farm Winery,
Consilience Wines, and
Presidio Vineyard and Winery.
This is an exceptional opportunity to taste wines from some
fantastic
small wineries from Santa Barbara that are rarely in San Diego. This will
be your best opportunity to taste wines from these wineries in San Diego.
You would have to take a trip to Santa Barbara yourself to
be able to taste all these wines that we are bringing to you.

For our Santa Barbara tasting we will be taking over
the nightclub area of Crudo.
Crudo is a unique and exquisite dining experience

Description:
The
Wine Vault & Bistro has assembled a special Flight Night Wine Tasting especially
for Uncorked. When you arrive at the
door, you'll be offered a choice of three different wine flights; all white
($12), mixed red & white ($14), or all red ($16).
Each flight includes four-3oz pours (which equals ˝ bottle).
The owner, Chris, does a great job of selecting fantastic wines for the
flights.
For those who don't know, the Wine Vault & Bistro is a
busy, casual, fun bistro, wine bar & retail shop.
They are located ˝ block south of Washington Street, directly above Saffron,
just down from Shakespeare's Pub.
They offer a wide variety of wines at great prices, both by the glass or by the
bottle to take home as well. And to pair with your wine, you'll be able to
